Using my voice as a sacred instrument, along with a range of other instruments including the healing vibration of quartz crystal singing bowls, I intuitively weave frequencies that support your unique energetic needs in the moment. This practice can help clear emotional or energetic blockages, ease tension, and guide you into a deeply restorative meditative state. The journey may also open portals to deeper layers of the Self - inviting healing for the inner child, connection to ancestral roots, or remembrance from past lifetimes.
