​My name is Lena, I am a Sound Alchemist, Holistic Massage Therapist, Intuitive Energy Healer, and Mystical Coach of Oneness.

I traveled the world in search of deeper meaning and my soul calling, which I have found in the healing modalities that I am now offering to you.

​

Music and Sound have accompanied me all my life so far.

I grew up in Germany, learning a multitude of different instruments, and discovered a powerful ally and healer in music when I needed to process emotional pain in my teens. Since then and on my many adventures in different countries, sound and vibration have continued to help me profoundly in my transformation, growth, and healing.

​

Sound has supported me in gaining insight into my internal world by connecting with the sub/unconscious parts of myself, providing a deep meditative space and the ability to journey into the subtleties of my energy body. It has freed me from physical and emotional pain and also enhanced and lifted my unique vibration. The messages I receive from source flow through me in form of light language and melodies in many varieties.

Everything is Vibration - and I believe we don't give Sound enough credit in our daily lives, which is why I have opened up to be a conduit for this sacred medicine.

On this journey of unfolding into sound medicine I was blessed to encounter and study the healing modalities Holistic Massage, Intuitive Energy Healing, and Transformational Coaching. All of these helped me to expand and deepen my understanding of subtle energies and the body-mind-spirit complex.​​​

For me, Massage is more than just physical touch to soothe a sore body. It serves as a gate opener to the deeper energetic layers and allows for energies to flow more freely throughout the body. It is a nurturing, a holding, and a cultivating of safety so our body-mind-soul can unwind and process what it's been holding on to.

​

The energy work I practice is a space of intention, presence, and awareness. It is the mindful pausing and paying attention to what's going on within, the opening as a vessel and letting myself be guided. This communication with the unseen brings through codes and symbols that help align and balance out the subtle energy layers of our being. A gift we all possess and a skill I have been cultivating for a few years, ever evolving.

The hidden and dark aspects of my Self and my programming have come to light through learning transformational coaching from spiritual teacher Rachel Fiori. This work has truly set me free from limiting beliefs and toxic behavioural patterns by addressing the energetic wounds at their core. It is warriors work to awaken the soul and elevate into the power within. A healing journey that continues to challenge and enrich my life and relationships daily.
