If you are feeling "stuck" on your healing journey, want to unearth the toxic habits, patterns, and limiting beliefs that are affecting your life negatively, and heal them at their core, this is for you. Learn to understand your patterns and how to lovingly embrace painful emotions and inner child wounds. In this 60 minute session I will support you in discovering hidden truths about yourself and in processing any wounding and pain that is currently hindering you from living in your fullest expression. Sound Healing is woven into the session to help you ease into a relaxed state and to facilitate a deeper connection with the heart. In person in North New Brighton or online.
